On the phase diagram of superconducting U1-xThxBe13

J. Low Temp. Phys. 86, 49-56 (1992)

The inelastic scattering of conduction electrons on impurities can stimulate s-pairing superconductivity and at the same time suppress any non-s-pairing superconducting state. This may provide an explanation for the nonmonotonic behavior of the critical temperature Tc(x) and thermodynamic and magnetic properties of the superconducting state in heavy fermionic compound U1-xThxBe13 resulting from the combination of two superconducting phases corresponding to trivial and nontrivial representations of the cubic symmetry group.
